Double Sided Bubble Radiant Barrier reflects heat and provides an additional R-Value
Foil Bubble wrap is a double sided aluminum bubble pack radiant barrier. It is available as Single Bubble (SB) which is approximately 1/8″ thick or Double Bubble (DB) which is approximately 1/4″. The bubble pack in the center of this double bubble insulation provides a fixed air space and thermal break. Reflective bubble wrap insulation is only available as a Non-Perforated radiant barrier.
Foil Bubble insulation is most commonly used in metal buildings, pole barns, crawl spaces, masonry walls, basements, duct wrap, and applications where other insulation is not present.
Apply Non woven fabric which is a fabric-like material made from long fibers, bonded together by chemical, mechanical, heat or solvent treatment as backing, reflective aluminum foil as the outer surface laminated together by LDPE / acylic adhesive, this foil insulation radiant barrier is light weight, environment friendly, soft and easy to fold; usually be installed in dry environment to prevent heat conduction and thermal radiant.
Structure : Non Woven Fabric + PE + Metalized PET / Al Foil Or Both Side Metalized / Al Foil Also Available.
It is light in weight, excellent tear-resistance & good puncture resistance & excellent water vapour resistance and higher tensile strength. It is easy to handle during construction. anti-aging, peel strength, and printable
